Venice, A Database (beta) has grown rapidly and
during that period our cataloging methods have undergone changes in
response to user feedback. The quickest and most reliable search
method is the Simple Search available at the
top of the Search Screen. Type one or more names or terms into
the Simple Search box to find images.

Portfolios
Venice, A Database (beta) features a Portfolio function
that allows designated users to create and manage suites of image. The Portfolio function
is available to faculty and teaching assistants in The Department of Art History
and Archaeology and the Department of Art History at Barnard College upon special
