Also yokodanmen-zu 横断面図, also read ōdanmen-zu. Lit. "a cross section drawing on the longitudinal axis." Hariyuki danmen-zu 梁行断面図, lit. "a cross section drawing cut on a transverse axis." A cross section drawing that shows the detail of a building cut vertically. Such drawings show the foundation, the height of the floor and ceiling, the roof framing and ridge height and type, etc.
