A small-sized sheet of *hōsho 奉書 paper that is approximately 33 x 47 cm. After *ōbōsho 大奉書, the second most common type of paper used for full-color woodblock prints *nishiki-e 錦絵. The major sizes cut from kobōsho paper are *aiban 間判, *koban 小判, and *hosoban 細判.
