A lantern found on the north bank of Kasumigaike 霞が池 in Kenrokuen 兼六園, Ishikawa Prefecture. It is very large, approximately 270 cm tall, and has two stems. The stem on the side near the water is longer with the stem on the bank side broken off and resting on natural rock. The flame holder and canopy are six-sided. The lantern was built during the early Edo period. A similar shaped lantern can be found in the garden at Tennōji 天王寺 in Osaka.
