A coved, coffered and finely latticed ceiling. When the height of a ceiling of the same type is increased by curved struts *shirin 支輪, to form a smaller, higher ceiling, usually square and often over the main image, it is called nijū oriage kogumi gōtenjō 二重折上小組格天井.
