Chapel of Saint Lambert

An upstairs chapel over the vaulted porch of the portal named for Saint Christopher.  Statues of Lambert, bishop of Maastricht, and Pepin flank the portal.

An inscription recorded by Lamorlière: "[c]este [c]hapelle ^ist faire [sire ou maistre] [H]enris Biaxpingnié."

The chapel is difficult to date: the pattern of the window tracery matches the second chapel on the south (Saint Etienne, early 1300s). but has been updated:probably middle decades of the fourteenth century .
