The upper-most eave of a nokizuke 軒付 or nokiba 軒端 eave end. Each part of the eave has a name. The eave over the flying rafter *hien daruki 飛檐垂木 is called a small eave *konoki 小軒, and the part of the eave over the base rafter *jidaruki 地垂木 is called the main eave *ōnoki 大軒 or omonoki 主軒.
