In the clerestory we see the groups of three lancets surmounted by trefoils--this is the work of Renaud de Cormont, c.1250. A similar composition is employed in the window set in the reverse side of the triforium directly in front of us. The tracery of the triforium is rendered with delicate moldings and capitals. As work progressed this approach was deemed too expensive for an area that was rarely seen and simpler articulation (chamfered surfaces) applied
